At The Pacesetters Leadership Center (TPLC), we come alongside leaders, professionals and organisations to cultivate the inner clarity, cultural strength and creative confidence needed to thrive. We believe leadership begins with identity, alignment and clarity before it ever expresses itself through action. About the Founder

Ann MurayaTransformation Strategist and Coach, and Founder of The Pacesetters Leadership Center.


With over two decades of experience guiding professionals and leaders through pivotal transitions, Ann comes alongside them as they co-create and build enterprises and cultures grounded in clarity, confidence, and courage.


She is also the 2025 Runner-up Best Independent Consultant of the UK-based Change Awards.


Her intention is simple yet profound: to come alongside those navigating transitions so they have clarity, confidence and courage to make impact in their world.

1. The Leaders Journey

This journey is a transformational path that strengthens identity, deepens alignment and develops the clarity needed to lead with purpose, presence and confidence.


The Leader's Journey is not a traditional program. It is a structured pathway that works with leaders whether emerging or at executive levels. The journey can take the form of 6, 9 or 12 sessions, co-created and designed to directly address the challenges your organisation faces today, disengaged teams, inconsistent leadership, and cultural drift.  


Our approach equips leaders with the skills, mindset, and adaptive capacity to embody authentic presence, practise relational leadership, and shape thriving cultures. Capstone projects, peer coaching, and reflection practices ensure learning is applied immediately, producing measurable impact on people, culture, and performance.


2. Cultural Transformation

Through strategic advisory support, leadership alignment, and culture design facilitation, we support leaders as they move to regenerative leadership — where freedom, passion, and creativity define the workplace.


3. The Business Incubator

A guided pathway for professionals and founders to build purposeful, sustainable enterprises with clear structure, meaningful impact and long-term freedom in mind.


This is a high-touch, five-session transformation experience designed for professionals and entrepreneurs navigating change - whether transitioning from employment, redefining a business model, or reimagining the next chapter of their professional journey.

 

At its heart, the Incubator is not just about building a business. It's about building a business that aligns with your values, fuels your purpose, and fits the life you want to live.


The Business Incubator is built on a blend of:
